Why Nature & Movement Matter
There’s a growing body of research that supports what many of us feel intuitively: physical movement and time in nature are powerful tools for emotional healing. Movement boosts your mood, reduces anxiety, and helps you feel more grounded in your body. Nature, meanwhile, gives your brain a break from overstimulation and fosters calm, clarity, and perspective. When combined with therapy, these elements can unlock new insights and make emotional work feel more accessible and empowering.
